When my company declared the need for a large fuel truck to feed our thirsty jet, I saw your listing for a 4,000 gallon unit, and even though it met our needs, I was cautious. When I called and spoke with you, your description of the truck, with assurances of its integrity, lowered my guard - a little. When I advised you of the assurances I required, with GUARANTEES, you agreed cheerfully to all. Here is my assessment of Truck Site, and Mr. Alex Molitvenik: You had an old fuel truck for sale.  I was looking for an old fuel truck, not wanting to spend $45,000 for a late model.  I am aware that old trucks have problems.  You sent the unit for inspection, and the inspector pronounced the tank, GOOD.  It wasn't, but was NOT your fault.  You tried.  When I, the customer, was dissatisfied, you asked me what you can do to fix the situation. I told you, and you did it.  Problem fixed. "I own a parking lot maintenance company in Central Illinois and was skeptical at first using a company that was so far away. I took the time to fly out and meet with Alex Molitvenik and tour their facility. Alex made me feel like part of the family immediately and their facility from front desk to their maintenance bays is top notch. "We at Mi Wuk purchased a Type 3 Fire engine from your company and your sales representative Alex. I would like to pass on to you that it was the best by far any company and sales representative I have ever worked with. You have the most amazing staff that I have ever dealt with. I have been in the Fire service since 1978 and was in charge of the purchasing of equipment for 15 years in Clark County Las Vegas Nevada. As you may know, I dealt with several dealers obtaining bids and then working through warranty issues. It seemed that the warranty issues were the biggest hurdle and truthfulness. When we purchased this equipment from your company it was completely checked for every possible issue we might have. We went over the apparatus several times from top to bottom and could not find anything wrong. It had a tailpipe issue and a pump issue that was taken care of prior to us taking ownership. On our trip home the Air Conditioning developed an issue. Alex was notified and advised us to get a quote on the repairs. We took it to our Fleet Mechanical Department and they found the issue and repaired it. I called Alex and told him the repair cost was $ 350.00 dollars but the county would not have an itemized receipt for me for a couple of months due to the end of our fiscal year. Two days later we received a check in the mail for $ 350.00 dollars. This is unheard of by any company I have ever dealt with. I want you to know that I rate you and your staff the highest rating that could ever be possible. I will never ever purchase any type of equipment without first checking with Alex for availability.
